- To be the point of contact for the center, Oversee Clinic operations & achieve sales objectives
- Supervise client flow & ensure all front end responsibilites are completed efficiently with high quality
- To generate profitable sales
- Monitoring all administrative, operational & technical aspect of the center
- To follow the client retention policies and measures
- To maintain quality of service via SOP adherence, training & development of the team.
- Driving the CRM initiatives for the center
- Planning & execution of offers and schemes at the center level
- People management , team handling+ stakeholder management
- Handling Stressful situations such as coded | angry customers
Salary: INR 3,25,000 - 3,75,000 PA.
