- Responsible for modeling and reinforcing effective performance, setting goals & targets, monitoring queues, strategizing plans to meet quality standards, appraisals, leave planning and absenteeism.
- Process - instituting suitable processes to achieve the team targets and quality standards.
- Timely feedback on Misses & Quality.
- Progress of the team on production, quality & learning curve targets in line with the migration plan.
- Highly focused on customer satisfaction, collaboration with stakeholders, understanding business issues.
- Run the Continuous Improvement Plan(CIP)
